Jacob and his family would like to provide an update following the Mitral Valve Replacement Surgery that was performed on Thursday 21st September. Surgery was successful and Jacob is currently still admitted in the ICU recovering. The recovery process has been a rollercoaster but with the love and prayers from everyone Jacob has been healing well.
