Jacob and his family would like to provide an update following the Mitral Valve Replacement Surgery that was performed on Thursday 21st September.
Surgery was successful and Jacob is currently still admitted in the ICU recovering.
The recovery process has been a rollercoaster but with the love and prayers from everyone Jacob has been healing well.
As Jacob’s recovery continues, medical expenses since the surgery have accumulated which are needed to be covered as soon as possible.
The family are still seeking urgent support to cover the costs of the additional post-operative investigations for Jacob.
We are reaching out to kind-hearted individuals, charity groups, businesses and all to please help the family so that collectively we can support Jacob to fully recover and be stable enough to travel back home and live many more years with his family.
