The Team of Australian Integrated Care Services, Australian Integrated Fijian Association of Victoria and Australian Integrated Marketing and Merchandise Services visited the children at the Treasure House Christians Home that is a small orphanage house in Nadi, Fiji providing accommodation and support to children ranging from 2 weeks – 17 years old.
This is our team’s third year of visit where we spent some quality time with the children and carers. We also made monetary and physical donations to the children and carers. The appreciation and beautiful smiles from the children were so rewarding that made every second of our visit so worthwhile.
This is our teams initiative of supporting underprivileged children, changing lives and supporting organisations as the Treasure homes so that they can continue to provide their most needed support to these children’s.
It was interesting and very touching to see that majority of the children were from Indian Heritage though they spoke only in English and Fijian language. They were taken care by the Fijian staff and this place represented a diverse and multicultural Fiji. God bless these children and the carers who are working voluntarily to provide the love and support the children deserves
